NSW Hardcourt Interdistrict Competition

In 2023 NWST had a highly successful Interdistrict season winning 2 cups:

  • MC Crakanthorp Cup - Under 12 girls
  • Harry Beck Cup - Under 10 girls

As well as Finalists of the Esca Stephens Cup - Under 14 Boys. In addition to this success, NWST also contested 12 finals or divisional play offs and were the winners of the George McKerihan Shield, which is awarded to the Association with the highest overall points annually.  We are excited for the upcoming season and are keen to continue our success in 2025.

The Interdistrict Competition is a representative competition, run by the NSW Hardcourt Tennis Association, and is played in the Sydney metropolitan area and surrounds, stretching from the Blue Mountains through to Newcastle and Kiama.

This is a selective, graded compeition and players who nominate and are selected, will need to commit to playing every match as your team may not have reserve players to fill in. Home team is encouraged to provide afternoon tea.

Every player selected into teams will incur a fee which includes team registration, court hire and balls.  All players are expected to provide a pair of navy blue shorts or navy blue skirt.  The association uniform of playing shirt and cap is an additional expense.
